Sefer is a multi-vendor marketplace. This explains what we collect when you shop, how we use it, and who we share it with so your orders reach you.

Your account details (name, email, phone), the delivery addresses you save, and your order history. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Chapa — Sefer does not store your card or bank details.
To process and deliver your orders, coordinate with the vendors you buy from, provide customer support, send order and account updates, and keep your account secure.
The vendors fulfilling your order (so they can pack and ship to you), our payment provider to take payment, and delivery partners to bring your order to you. We do not sell your personal information.
View and update your details, addresses, and orders from your account at any time. Contact support to request a copy of your data or to delete your account.
We keep a cart identifier and sign-in session in your browser so your cart and account stay available between visits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
